I own a rental and this has made things way less of a headache. I can see rent and expenses in one place now without having to dig through a bunch of stuff, which is soooo much better.

The bank sync has been frustrating for me. I reconnect my account, it works for maybe a day or two, and then it just stops again. Support was fine and tried to help, but I’m tired of having to deal with this every week. It’s just annoying.

Stessa is fine for basic tracking, but it wasn’t as smooth as I expected. It feels a bit clunky at times, and when I ran into an issue, support wasn’t especially helpful. A few numbers didn’t sync correctly, so I ended up having to double-check things myself, which kind of defeats the purpose. For a tool dealing with people’s money and property info, I think they have a responsibility to be more reliable and responsive.

I used stessa for my rental taxes this year, i assumed I’d be stuck digging through spreadsheets for hours. The support team helped clear up a few expense questions that were confusing me, and they got back to me quickly. I figured it would turn into a whole back-and-forth thing, but it didn’t. Definitely made tax time a lot less painful.

I really like being able to see each rental broken out separately. It just makes everything easier to follow, especially when tax time comes around. Way less confusing for me.

I’ve been using the web app for a bit now, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. Most of the time everything works the way I expect, which is nice. Every now and then, though, it takes a little longer to load than I’d like, so I find myself waiting for a moment. Nothing major, but noticeable. Still, it’s been good overall...

I’ve been using Stessa for my rentals, and it’s been decent for what I’m paying. The free plan covers the main stuff I need, like keeping track of rent, expenses, and basic property numbers, so I’m not juggling as many spreadsheets anymore.
I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, and there are a few features I wish were included or a little cheaper. But overall, it saves me time and makes things easier to keep organized, so for a small landlord like me it feels like a good value.

Found the dashboard easy to read overall. Numbers are simple to follow, though some parts get a little confusing now and then

I used to think Premium was a decent deal, but now it just feels way too expensive for what you get. Like, what changed?? I’m kind of confused why the price feels so high now

Four stars from me. stessa has been really helpful for keeping all my rental documents together, like leases, receipts, and tax paperwork. I mostly use it as a place to upload everything so I can find it later without searching through old emails. The folder setup can feel a little clunky sometimes, but overall it does what I need and saves me a lot of hassle

I gave Stessa a try because I was hoping it would make tenant and lease tracking easier, but it was disappointing. Right away, it felt clunkier than I expected.
Updating lease dates and tenant details wasn’t very intuitive, and I kept having to click around to find things. Even after making changes, I found myself double-checking because I wasn’t fully confident everything saved correctly.
It might be fine for some basic property tracking, but for keeping leases organized, it ended up creating more work for me instead of less. I eventually gave up and went back to my spreadsheet.

I tried using stessa for receipt scanning, and it was frustrating. A lot of my receipts either didn’t scan correctly or weren’t read at all, so I ended up having to go back and enter the details myself anyway. At that point, it kind of defeats the whole purpose. The app itself looks nice, but this feature wasted more time than it saved, and after seeing how often it got things wrong, I don’t really trust it to handle my records accurately. Not worth it for me.

Stessa is fine when everything’s working, but support takes way too long. I waited days just to get a simple answer. It’s not terrible, just frustrating.

I love that the rent tracking basically runs on its own now. I don't have to keep checking on it all the time, which makes things so much easier.

I reached out for help and got a response fast. They actually solved the issue without making me jump through any unnecessary steps, which I really appreciated.

I started using Stessa thinking it would make managing my rentals a lot easier, and for the basic stuff it mostly does. But the mortgage and loan tracking has been a letdown. It kind of feels like the feature is there to check a box, but then you realize you still have to babysit it because payments don’t always split correctly between interest and principal.

Escrow changes and loan updates have been confusing too, and I’ve had to go in and clean things up manually more than I expected. Maybe there’s a setting I’m missing, but it gave me a bit of a bait-and-switch feeling because I thought this part would be more automated and reliable. It’s not awful, just not as smooth as I hoped for tracking loans

I tried using stessa on my phone to keep up with my rental stuff, it was just painful. The app kept freezing right in the middle of adding expenses, and it logged me out twice, which made it feel like my information was being handled carelessly.
